Allspring Global Investments, an independent global asset management firm, has formed a chief diversity office to promote DEI efforts throughout the organization and broader industry.

As part of the office formation, the firm has promoted Ann Miletti to serve as the chief diversity officer and Sonya Rorie to deputy chief diversity officer. Miletti has over 30 years of experience within the asset management industry as a leader in investing, portfolio management, and analysis. Rorie brings over 25 years of experience to the position with expertise in DEI within the asset management industry. Before joining the diversity office, Rorie served as a client relations director with the firm’s institutional client group.
