“Britt has established himself as an outstanding dealmaker with vast private equity M&A experience,” said Jeffrey Kochian, co-head of Akin Gump’s firmwide corporate practice. “Clients and colleagues alike will value his technical skills as well as the knowledge and perspective he brings from his years spent in in-house roles, particularly amid a growing focus on infrastructure and energy investments. Britt is an ideal fit on our team, and it is great to have him with us.”

Rogers, concluded, “Akin Gump enjoys a strong reputation for traditional M&A work and for its leading private equity practice as well as for its deep roots across the investment funds world. I was drawn to the firm because of the opportunities I saw to contribute to the growth of its corporate team by working with its investor client base. This is an exciting move, and I am very happy to be here.”
