CES Power LLC, a global provider of mobile power generation, distribution and temperature control equipment and backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has purchased Immedia Event Productions.
Established in 1976 by Gerard Kapoyan, and later acquired by American Equipment Group, Immedia is based in greater Boston, Mass., and works with a range of clients to stage events at public and private indoor and outdoor venues. The company provides full-service power generation and HVAC services for large and small events throughout the northeastern U.S. Immedia offers power and HVAC solutions in the northeastern events sector. The transaction will provide a new hub in New England, working to strengthen CES Power’s capabilities in Boston.
