Ahead, a provider of enterprise cloud services, has purchased vCore Technology Partners, a provider of customized IT services.
The deal will strengthen Ahead’s presence in the Southwestern United States in conjunction with its 2020 purchase of Kovarus. The deal adds top talent and clients to the Ahead portfolio and results in a firm with over $2 billion in gross revenues and $200 million in professional and managed services revenues.
The purchase will add a robust managed services offering while enhancing its market leadership within digital business infrastructure. The deal represents continued growth for Ahead following its previous acquisitions of Link Solutions Group, Data Blue, Sovereign Systems, Platform Consulting Group, Kovarus, RoundTower Technologies, and data and analytics consultant, Vertical Trail.
