Vanco, backed by Great Hill Partners, has acquired ACS Technologies, and the two companies will be combining operations, creating a single organization that integrates trusted church management systems with secure digital payment solutions.
The move brings Vanco’s faith division under the ACS Technologies name, enhancing its existing platforms—Realm and MinistryPlatform—with embedded payments capabilities. The deal allows ministries to access a unified suite of tools under one accountable team, streamlining support and reducing operational friction. This combination builds on a partnership between the two companies that has spanned more than a decade and now collectively serves over 40,000 churches and ministries.
Based in the United States, Vanco specializes in secure digital payments and online giving for faith communities, schools, and nonprofits. Its education-related offerings—including RevTrak for school payments and SmartCare for daycare management—will continue to operate under the RevTrak brand. The integration of Vanco’s faith solutions into ACST’s platforms aims to provide a more seamless user experience for church staff and volunteers by reducing manual processes and increasing reliability.
