Addison Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm, has recapitalized Communication Power Companies.
CPC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of standard and custom RF and microwave power amplifiers for military, industrial, scientific and medical applications. ACP’s invest offers a capital base to support the company’s growth. CPC represents ACP’s fifth platform investment.
