Align Capital Partners, a private equity firm with offices in Dallas and Cleveland, has recapitalized Cleartelligence, a data engineering and analytics consulting firm.

Cleartelligence is focused on helping enterprise clients implement services that aim to solve business problems. The company marks ACP’s first investment in information technology services. The company’s co-founders, Joe Marino and Ron Keler, along with shareholder and managing partner Anil Bharadwa, will remain significant investors and continue to serve as leaders of Cleartelligence.

“With this partnership, our customers can expect the same leading service experience from our highly engaged team, but with additional resources to help us best serve our customers and their ever-evolving needs,” says Keler.

Cleartelligence was advised on the transaction by Equiteq and Fox Rothschild LLP, while ACP was advised by McGuireWoods LLP.
