A111 Capital, a private equity firm, has acquired Whenever Communications (SatellitePhoneStore.com), a provider of communication services, from Skyway Capital Markets, a boutique investment bank.
SatellitePhoneStore.com is a satellite phone, internet, equipment, and Mobile Satellite Services retailer. Whenever Communications has strong partnerships of 15 years with MSS providers, including Inmarsat, Iridium, Kymeta, Globalstar, and Thuraya. Skyway Capital Markets is a M&A advisor to family-owned middle-market businesses. A111 Capital is a private investment firm focused on operator-led acquisitions of lower middle-market companies.
