Mergers & Acquisitions is seeking nominations for our second annual Best Places to Work in Private Equity Awards.

This award will recognize private equity firms who demonstrate leadership and innovation in their workplace cultures, policies and internal operations. Awards will go to firms that stand out against the competition in demonstrating initiative and acknowledging ever-changing workplace demands, as well as the emphasis now being placed on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Nominations are due no later than Friday, June 21.

What Makes a Winner?
Winners will be determined based on answers to a series of questions related to the firm’s practices and culture including:
- Workplace policies that help the firm stand out from the competition
- The firm’s approach to work-life balance, training, compensation/benefit packages, career mobility and leadership assessment
- A demonstrated support of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Current actions toward implementation of ESG policies
- Other efforts to make the firm’s culture unique

Eligibility Requirements and Nomination Process:
Only PE firms (including growth equity funds, later-stage funds, independent sponsors and family offices) will be considered.
Nominations must be submitted through our electronic form online.
Timeline:
June 21: Nominations Due.
September: Winners of the inaugural Mergers & Acquisitions Best Places to Work in Private Equity will be announced on our website www.TheMiddleMarket.com.
A special report on the awards will also be published in the September/October 2024 issue of Mergers & Acquisitions.
