ONTO Health, a physician-led fertility and longevity platform backed by ARTIS Ventures and Humania, has bought LEVY Health, a U.S.-based clinical decision support software company serving reproductive medicine providers.
The acquisition supports ONTO Health’s strategy to build a tech-enabled infrastructure for reproductive medicine and expands the company’s presence across the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The transaction combines ONTO Health’s physician-led fertility and longevity platform with LEVY Health’s AI-powered diagnostics and workflow capabilities to help providers deliver personalized fertility care. LEVY Health develops clinical decision support software that helps fertility providers identify endocrine disorders, streamline patient intake and accelerate fertility workups through precision diagnostics. Based in the U.S., the company focuses on improving clinical efficiency and enabling more accurate, accessible reproductive care for fertility clinics and their patients.
