Frazier Healthcare Partners has appointed Stephen Krupa as an executive in residence on its Growth Buyout team, where he will support investment diligence, provide healthcare technology sector insights and advise portfolio companies on operational performance, strategic growth and financial execution.
Krupa brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare technology and financial services. He most recently served as CEO of HealthEdge from 2016 to 2025, where he expanded the company’s revenue to more than $400 million and led the business through two successful exits. Earlier, he spent nearly 20 years as a venture capital partner at Psilos Group. He began his career at Wasserstein Perella & Co., advising on healthcare acquisitions.
