Davidson Hospitality Group, backed by Nautic Partners, has appointed Joe Masi as senior vice president, operations for its Davidson Hotels operating vertical, where he will oversee operating standards, practices, and procedures across the portfolio to drive performance.
Masi brings more than 35 years of hospitality leadership experience in hotel operations, portfolio management, asset optimization, and organizational development. He joins Davidson from Remington Hotels, where he served as executive vice president of operations and oversaw a portfolio of 125 hotels, leading initiatives focused on operational performance, talent development, guest satisfaction and long-term value creation. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with several major hospitality operators and brands and has extensive experience working with private equity firms, institutional investors, and individual hotel owners to maximize asset performance.
