Mark De Simone, a former executive with Cisco, Lucent, HP, GE and McKinsey, has been hired as chief sales and business development officer at Cordys, a business process management company based in the Netherlands. At Cisco, De Simone played a key role in the integration of WebEx after Cisco acquired the company last year.
