One week ago, Centennial Communications Corp. announced that it had retained Morgan Stanley to explore strategic alternatives for its cable television unit in Puerto Rico. And one analyst anticipated the company would not have a difficult time if it opts for a sale of those assets. Wall, N.J.-based Centennial provides regional telecommunications services for the Caribbean and the Eastern U.S. The $345 million market cap company offers Internet broadband service, in addition to wireless services to residential and business customers.
