M&A boutique TM Capital Corp. is opening up shop in Atlanta, following its advisory work on three deals in the Southeast. New York-based TM helped to restructure Norcross, Ga.-based Immucor Inc., advised Morgan Hill, Calif.-based CIDCO Inc. on its sale to Atlanta-based Earthlink Inc. and aided Alpharetta, Ga.-based Wolf Camera Inc., which was sold to Ritz Camera Centers Inc.
