Manufacturer TriMas Corp. (Nasdaq: TRS) has acquired Martinic Engineering Inc. for $19 million.Martinic, headquartered in Stanton, Calif., manufactures engineered, precision-machined parts for the commercial and military aerospace market, including auxiliary power units and other systems. The company generated about $13 million in revenue for the year ended Dec. 31. The target should help TriMas grow its aerospace and defense segment, Monogram Aerospace Fasteners.  Monogram focuses on bolt technology.Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based TriMas makes engineered products for the packaging, energy, aerospace and defense and engineering components industries. The deal closed Jan. 28.
