Chicago private equity firm Linden Capital Partners has purchased Northwestern Management Services LLC, which does business as Gentle Dental for an undisclosed amount.
The Boca Raton, Fla. company was owned by New York private equity firm, The Beekman Group LLC. It provides general, multi-specialty and cosmetic dental care through 21 facilities.
Linden focuses exclusively on leveraged buyouts in the healthcare and life sciences industries. The firm’s portfolio companies include Behavioral Centers of America, Strata Pathology Services and SeraCare Life Sciences. The deal closed Oct. 5.
Harris Williams & Co. acted as Gentle Dental’s financial adviser.
