Private equity firm Summit Partners has made an undisclosed investment in RuffaloCody, which provides fundraising services.

RuffaloCody, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, provides technology-enabled fundraising and enrollment management services for higher education and nonprofit organizations.

Boston-based Summit has raised about $15 billion in capital since it was founded in 1984. Other investments include Answers, Belkin International Inc. and TeleSign Holdings Inc.

Lazard Middle Market advised RuffaloCody on the deal.
