CohnReznick- Frank Longobardi (pictured) has been named CEO at the accounting firm. He replaces co-CEOs Ken Baggett and Tom Marino. Longobardi previously served on the firm’s executive board and was a regional managing partner. He joined CohnReznick in 2007 when his firm, Haggett Longobardi merged with J.H. Cohn. Cohn combined forces with the Reznick Group in 2012.

Goodwin Procter LLP- Cindy McAdam has joined the law firm’s technology and life sciences group, where she will be focusing on start-up financing, public offerings and M&A. McAdam was previously the president of technology company Xapo.

KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.- The Cleveland-based middle-market investment bank hired John Cavalaris as a managing director in the corporate banking group. In his role, Cavalaris, based in Chicago will be responsible for expanding client relationships along with providing advisory services in the Midwest. Before joining KeyBanc (NYSE: KEY), Cavalaris spent 17 years at GE Capital.

MB Business Capital- MB Financial Bank’s lending division, hired John Curtis as a group president. He will oversee the firm’s new business development in the Southwest, and will be based in its new Oklahoma City office. Before joining MB Business, Curtis held positions at First Capital and Whirlpool Corp. (NYSE: WHR).

Progress Partners- The Boston and New York-based investment bank added two senior managing directors with Chris Legg and Rick Gallagher. Legg, who previously held positions with Tandem Expansion and Argo Global Capital, focuses on the software sector. Gallagher has an entrepreneurial background as he co-founded three start-up companies, and concentrates on the media and marketing industries.

Prosek Partners- The financial communications firm added Andy Merrill as a partner, where he will handle transaction communications and crisis management issues. Merrill comes over from strategic consulting firm Teneo, where he advised CEOs and boards on corporate strategy, business operations and media relations.

TriWest Capital Partners- The private equity firm named Dino Deluca chief operating officer, where he will be in charge of the firm's, finance, investor reporting and governance.

WeiserMazars- The accounting firm recently named Richard Bloom, Dennis Cancellarich, Ira Cooperman, Jerome Devillers, Pierre-Marie Lagnaud, George Parker and Anthony Stranix as equity partners and Debra Bornstein as equity principal.
