Accel-KKR-backed Pinstripe Inc. is combining with Ochre House to form one recruitment process outsourcing provider.

The merger will give the company 767 employees that serve 88 clients in 43 countries.

Ochre, headquartered in London, provides recruitment outsourcing and talent management services. The company acquired two strategic resourcing firms in the Middle East and North Africa, Taaheed and Carmichael Fisher, in 2012.

Brookfield, Wisc.-based Pinstripe provides recruitment services in North America. The company is backed by private equity firm Accel-KKR, which focuses on technology, software and growth-related investments.

The Menlo Park, Calif. firm has about $2.3 billion in assets under management. Accel-KKR is a partnership beteween private equity firms Accel Partners and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP (NYSE: KKR).  In June, the company invested in life science company Zinc Ahead Ltd. And in February, the firm invested in Sage Nonprofit Solutions, which provides accounting and fundraising services to nonprofit organizations.
