Los Angeles-based denim jeans company True Religion Apparel Inc. is hoping to ride the wave of a strong 2006 right into the arms of an acquiror. The $430 million market cap company announced on its Aug. 3 earnings call it selected Goldman Sachs as its advisor for a strategic review. While analysts are mixed as to whether or not the company will be bought by strategic buyers, all agreed the company’s future will include M&A.
