The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of bankrupt NextWave Telecom Inc.’s ownership claim on $6.5 billion worth of spectrum licenses, but some sources, including lawyers, still expect the beleaguered telecommunications company to fold. A NextWave senior VP, however, said the company, bankrupt since 1998, plans to file a reorganization plan within three to six months.
