CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE: CTP) has acquired Augmentum Consulting Ltd., an executive search firm.
Augmentum, a London-based company that had been operating under the name Amrop Augmentum, finds employees for professional service, outsourcing, technology, media, communications, industrial, retail and financial services companies. The company also has a non-executive directorship practice that offers training and recruitment services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New York-based CTPartners is also an executive search firm, finding employees for senior executives, broad searching and searches for private equity and venture capital firms.
In another recent staffing company merger, Jacobson Group and Ejs Search announced in February they will merge and create an international search and staffing firm for the insurance industry.
