It’s not quite an emergency yet, but $55 million market cap ambulance maker Collins Industries Inc. is looking for a takeout. At least one analyst believes potential buyers may be slow to answer the siren call. The Hutchinson, Kan.-based company announced on June 29 it retained investment bank George K. Baum Advisors to help it sell.
