Catalytica Energy Systems Inc., a Gilbert, Ariz.-based emissions control company, has some potential bidders lined up for its gas turbine business. A company spokeswoman said Catalytica has “initiated discussions with several third parties” regarding a sale of the unit, which it put up for sale in September but declined to comment further.
