Bel Fuse Inc. (Nasdaq: BELFA, BELFB) has purchased Array Connector Corp. for an undisclosed amount.
Miami-based Array manufactures military standard aerospace connector products.
Bel Fuse designs, manufactures and sells products including connectors, modules and circuit protectors. The products are used for high-speed data transmission, commercial aerospace, military, transportation and consumer electronics.
In September, the Jersey City-based company bought Powerbox Italia SRL, a supplier of power supplies, headquartered in Milan, Italy. In August 2012, the company bought Fibreco Ltd., which makes fiber optic parts.
Other recent aerospace parts deals include MB Aerospace Holdings Ltd.’s deal for Delta Industries Inc., which makes parts for plane engines, and TransDigm Group Inc.’s (NYSE: TDG) acquisition of Arkwin Industries, which makes aerospace fuel systems parts.
