Arsenal Capital Partners has closed a deal for Adco Global Inc. to add to Royal Adhesives and Sealants LLC.

Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Adco Global supplies adhesives, sealants, tapes and coatings for the construction, transportation and industrial markets. The deal was announced in June.

Adco was a portfolio company of Los Angeles private equity firm Aurora Capital Group.

Royal Adhesives, which Arsenal picked up in November 2010, provides custom packaging services for adhesives, sealants and resins. Adco marks the 11th purchase for the Peabody, Mass.-based company since CEO Ted Clark bought  the company in 2003 with the help of private equity backers. 

In December, Royal Adhesives bought Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc.

New York private equity firm Arsenal closed an $875 million fund in April. The firm focuses on deals between $50 million and $250 million. Arsenal invests in specialty industrial and health care companies.
