Based in Richmond, Va., ARKO owns more than 1,500 convenience stores across 30 states. With over $2 billion in funding available for deals, the company is armed to continue its consolidation efforts in a highly fragmented sector where over 150,000 stores operate in the United States alone.
CEO Arie Kotler, now in his third year, spoke to us about the company’s M&A strategy and what it looks for in deals.
