“We’ve definitely seen that a lot of strategics have been creeping into the market,” says Marcus Bodet, founder of Bodet Investment Group Capital, a tech-focused family office based in South Florida. “Once you get into anything beyond $15-20 million Ebitda, the competition intensifies because the space is crowded with strategics.”
