RMH Systems, backed by Rotunda Capital Partners, acquired Top Shelf Integrated Solutions, a Columbus, Ohio-based material handling integrator, to strengthen its position as a national provider of turnkey automation, material handling, packaging, robotics and industrial scale solutions.
The acquisition expands RMH’s engineering capabilities, adds a strategic footprint in central Ohio and broadens the combined company’s ability to serve manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Top Shelf Integrated Solutions designs and integrates custom material handling systems for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution customers. Founded by Tim Neroni, the company has more than three decades of industry experience and has built a reputation for engineering-driven, customer-focused solutions. Neroni will remain with the business to lead RMH’s Ohio operations and continue supporting Top Shelf’s existing customer base.
