Avance Investment Management has completed a strategic investment in Lexxel, a provider of specialty maintenance and repair services for critical infrastructure.
Lexxel’s founders and management team have reinvested significant equity and will continue leading the business. The investment supports Lexxel’s continued expansion, including organic growth and acquisitions, as Avance seeks to capitalize on long-term demand driven by aging infrastructure and utility modernization. Lexxel provides repair, restoration, and maintenance services for aging infrastructure and utility assets across New York and the northeastern U.S. The company specializes in carbon-fiber and composite repairs, concrete restoration, protective coatings and linings, and complementary engineering and craft-based services. Its business is supported by long-standing customer relationships in critical infrastructure markets.
Lincoln International served as financial advisor to Avance, while Greenberg Traurig acted as its legal counsel. Lippes Mathias served as legal counsel to Lexxel.
