Quad-C Management has made an investment in in Armstrong Transport Group, a logistics platform that connects commercial shippers with full truckload, heavy-haul, flatbed, temperature-controlled and less-than-truckload carriers across the United States, Canada and Mexico through an independent agent network.
The investment will support Armstrong’s growth strategy, including continued investment in technology and potential acquisitions. Armstrong’s executive management team, led by Cameron Ramsdell, will remain in place and retain significant ownership in the business.
Founded in 2006, Armstrong Transport Group operates a freight brokerage platform serving shippers and carriers across North America. The company has built its business around an agent-based model, supported by a service-oriented culture and technology-enabled operations. Armstrong provides transportation solutions across multiple freight categories, including full truckload, heavy-haul, flatbed, refrigerated and less-than-truckload services, positioning the company as a diversified provider within the third-party logistics sector.
