Hessaire Products, a manufacturer focused on air movement and climate-control services, has completed the acquisition of PennBarry from Air Distribution Technologies, which is backed by Truelink Capital.
The divestiture supports ADT’s ongoing strategy to streamline its portfolio and concentrate investment on its core HVAC businesses, including brands such as Ruskin, Titus, Krueger and Tuttle & Bailey. PennBarry designs and manufactures ventilation products for commercial and light industrial applications. The company traces its origins to 1860 through the Bayley Fan Company and has expanded through the combination of established brands including Penn Ventilation and Barry Blower. Its product portfolio serves a broad customer base across industrial and commercial end markets, providing ventilation solutions used in a variety of building applications.
