Bridge Logistics Properties acquired Twinwood Distribution Center III, a Class A bulk distribution facility located at 2193 Discovery Hills Parkway in Brookshire, Texas, within Houston’s West submarket.
Built in 2024, the 767,520-square-foot property is strategically positioned just south of Interstate 10, providing direct access to the Port of Houston, Interstate 35 and the broader Texas Triangle. The facility is fully leased through spring 2028. Twinwood III features modern institutional-grade specifications designed to serve large-scale distribution users, including 40-foot clear heights, 179 dock-high doors, truck court depths of up to 185 feet, approximately 2,600 square feet of office space, an 8-inch floor slab and 3,000 amps of power.
