Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a provider of residential and commercial roofing services, has acquired Fremont Roofing Co. The transaction marks Ridgeline’s sixth acquisition. Ridgeline is a portfolio company of Bertram Capital.
The target’s services includes roofing installation and repair, siding, gutters, and gutter guard systems across Nebraska and Iowa.
Ridgeline is looking to acquire other roofing and restoration companies.
