Tyto Athene, a federal systems integrator focused on digital transformation for government and defense customers and a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has completed its acquisition of Ready Support Services.
The transaction strengthens Tyto’s position within the intelligence community by adding specialized expertise in enterprise service management, IT asset management, ServiceNow operations, cloud migration and secure on-premises deployments. The acquisition is intended to enhance Tyto’s ability to support intelligence agencies as they modernize and secure mission-critical applications.
Founded in 2010, Ready Support Services provides cloud migration, enterprise service management and IT modernization services for intelligence and national security agencies. The company specializes in designing, deploying and integrating complex cloud environments, as well as supporting hybrid and on-premises operations across multiple security enclaves.
