Cadogan Tate, a provider of high-value storage, logistics and transportation services for the art and interior design sectors and backed by TSG Consumer, has acquired Fully Loaded Deliveries, an Arizona-based operator focused on luxury moving, storage and design installation.
The deal expands Cadogan Tate’s footprint in the rapidly growing Phoenix metropolitan area and strengthens its U.S. southwest network by adding FLD’s capabilities. Founded in Arizona, Fully Loaded Deliveries provides moving, storage, receiving and installation services for high-end residential clients, interior designers and collectors. The company has built a reputation for white-glove execution, design logistics expertise,and museum-quality art handling, serving a fast-growing luxury residential and interior design market in the United States.
