BEO Investments LLC is partnering with Avanti Golf & Marina, a residential development in Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta.
Construction to date has been funded through developer equity, while BEO will provide strategic capital support and oversee U.S. sales distribution and marketing efforts. The partnership reflects growing interest from North American buyers in Mexico’s established luxury coastal markets, with both parties indicating they expect to collaborate on additional development opportunities in Mexico.
Developed by Avanti Golf & Marina Sapi de CV, the project comprises 127 residences located adjacent to the Marina Vallarta Golf Club, approximately seven minutes from the Pacific coastline and ten minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The development offers five residential floor plans with pricing ranging from approximately $386,000 to $1.12 million.
