Valor PayTech, backed by Lovell Minnick Partners and LANDI Global have entered into a multi-year strategic alliance focused on integrating LANDI’s Android-based payment and point-of-sale devices into Valor’s U.S. platform ecosystem.
The companies said the partnership will initially center on certifying and deploying LANDI’s existing device portfolio on the Valor platform before expanding into a joint product development initiative aimed at identifying and prioritizing next-generation payment hardware opportunities.
LANDI Global is a payment technology and hardware provider known for its Android-based payment terminals and POS devices. The company combines global manufacturing capabilities with device engineering and research and development resources, serving payment providers, merchants and financial institutions across multiple markets.
