The addition of Mill Creek brings approximately $12 billion of advised assets, nearly 450 client families and institutions and 46 professionals to Pathstone. Following the combination, the firm advises on nearly $30 billion in assets across its Conshohocken and Newtown Square, Pennsylvania offices and employs more than 120 professionals in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Conshohocken, Pa., Mill Creek Capital Advisors is an independent registered investment advisor that provides investment management and advisory services to high-net-worth families and institutional clients.
