Backcast Partners, a provider of debt and equity capital to middle-market private equity-backed and independent companies, completed a follow-on investment in Guardian Fleet Services Inc.
The capital will support Guardian’s continued expansion through affiliations with companies including Suburban Towing, Mosby’s Towing & Transport, Pro-Tow, Chub’s Towing, B&W Tire and Towing and Talon Towing, among others. The strategy is designed to broaden Guardian’s geographic reach, increase operating capacity, and enhance service responsiveness while preserving the local brands, employees and operating cultures of affiliated businesses. Headquartered in West Palm Beach, Fla., Guardian Fleet Services is a provider of commercial towing, recovery and specialized transportation services in the United States.
