Littlejohn & Co. has acquired Milrose Consultants from Southfield Capital.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in New York City, Milrose provides permitting, architectural and engineering consulting, code consulting, municipal compliance and special inspection services to support building owners, developers, contractors and corporate occupiers across the United States. The acquisition expands Littlejohn’s presence in the building and infrastructure services sector, where it has an established history of investing in technical and compliance-focused service providers.

Lincoln International and Morrissey Goodale served as financial advisors to Littlejohn, while Ropes & Gray provided legal counsel and Kirkland & Ellis acted as debt financing counsel. Solomon Partners served as financial advisor to Milrose, with Houlihan Lokey providing co-advisory services.
