Siris has acquired a majority stake in TAKKION from funds managed by Apollo Global Management.
The transaction positions TAKKION to accelerate its expansion across the renewable energy sector, with a focus on operational optimization, adjacent service offerings, and both organic and acquisition-driven growth initiatives. TAKKION is an integrated services provider to the renewable energy industry, primarily supporting wind energy infrastructure across North America. The company provides a range of field and technical services, including construction support, maintenance, repair and workforce services for renewable energy assets.
TD Securities and Wells Fargo advised Siris financially, while Sidley Austin served as legal counsel. Harris Williams acted as financial advisor to the Apollo Funds, with Vinson & Elkins LLP providing legal counsel.
