Qualis, InTrack Radar Technologies and Tektonux have merged to form a new defense technology company focused on agile modernization across missile defense, space domain awareness, integrated fires and electronic warfare. The newly formed entity is backed by Bluestone Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the aerospace and defense sector.
The combined company develops integrated hardware and AI-enabled software solutions for key U.S. defense and space agencies, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, Missile Defense Agency and NASA. Its offerings include advanced radar and electro-optical sensor systems, signals intelligence tools and the Phoenix NexGen User Experience Framework, which incorporates artificial intelligence into command-and-control environments. The firm also supports signal collection and analysis in contested electromagnetic environments.
Headquartered across Huntsville, Ala.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., the organization employs over 400 professionals and operates advanced labs and a space observatory.
