Gunn, a 17-year veteran of the company, steps into the CEO role as the firm prepares to launch a new technology program in late 2025 and expand its AI-driven partner platform across key verticals. She is based in Atlanta. Shida will retain oversight of financial operations in his expanded role, ensuring continuity as the company enters its next phase.
