Warburg Pincus has partnered with veteran professional services executives Marissa Thomas and Steve Varley to launch Unity Advisory, a London-based CFO advisory firm focused on finance operations, tax, deal readiness and digital transformation for upper mid-market and private equity-backed companies.
Funded with up to $300 million from Warburg Pincus and the founders, the firm will emphasize AI-driven, partner-led services free from audit conflicts. Unity aims to scale rapidly through hiring and acquisitions, with plans to expand internationally.
Thomas serves as CEO, Varley as chairman and David Tapnack as managing partner.
