Xerox is buying LearnSomthing Inc., which provides e-learning services to the food, drug and health care industries.
Tallahassee, Fla.-based Learn Something provides industry information and educational programs to more than 110,000 retail pharmacists. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The deal broadens Norwalk, Conn.-based Xerox’s services to the food, drug and health care industries, and provides retail companies with web-based information programs that meet internal training needs. The company got involved in the health care services industry when it bought TMS Health, which provides communications services to the health care industry, in 2010.
