Westell Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: WSTL) is buying Kentrox Inc. for $30 million in cash.

Kentrox is a site management company based in Dublin, Ohio for wireless, wireline and other tower operators.

Westell, headquartered in Aurora, Ill., provides telecommunications equipment for wireline, wireless and home networks.

The deal is expected to close on April 1. Westell expects the deal to give it annual revenue of about $80 million.
