Two Texas architecture firms, Brinkley Sargent Architects and Wiginton Hooker Jeffry, are merging to form Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects.

The combined firm will provide architecture services to the public sector, including municipal, county, state and federal organizations. The staffs of both firms will be retained, and the company will have offices in Dallas and Austin, Texas.

Other recent architecture deals include Arcadis NV’s purchase of Callison LLC in August, and Foster + Partners’ share buyback from London private equity firm 3i.
