Private equity-backed Valence Technologies has acquired Pride Plating, Dynamic Paint Solutions and Coastline Metal Finishing.
Pride, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, provides processing and sub-assembly for large aluminum and titanium structures, specifically for aircrafts with complex contours or other requirements. Eastman, Georgia-based Dynamic Paint provides commercial and general aviation finishing. Coastline, headquartered in Garden Grove, California, specializes in plating and other surface treatments for space, satellite, unmanned aerial vehicle, missile and commercial aircraft parts.
Valence expects each acquisition to help it provide more locations and complementary offerings to support aerospace customers.
Valence is backed by Dallas private equity firm Trive Capital. Trive created Valence in March by combining Coast Plating Inc. and Chrome Plus International Inc.
